So I love the show "The Girls NExt Door" but I'm curious, does Hefner actually sleep with all three of his "girlfriends" or is it really just for show? My fiance says, "well of course he sleeps with them all"... but I find it hard to believe that those girls actually sleep with him knowing he's sleeping with the other girls... that's degrading and gross. Anyway, does anyone know the answer?

Nooo...of course not. And they are not really his girlfriends...just the girls he keeps around him when in public to keep his persona up ...if anything else can still get up he probably has a very private girlfriend for that - that he does not want in the public eye. He's always been an intellect and smart savvy business man though his daughter runs most of that for him now. He's elderly and getting on in years. The show and his persona is generating him & his family money...so they put it out there for all who will bite..and laughingly many do.

Yes, he sleeps with all of his girlfriends. Not at the same time all the time, but it happens. He has even had up to 7 girlfriends at the same time (which he slept with all) but the show is only highlighting the 3 currently.

I believe they all sleep together. I heard in an interview with Hef, and he says yes. I agree with the gross part, not to mention, if he were not so wealthy, could you even imagine sleeping with someone his age if you were as young as they are? Wow!

I've been wondering the same thing. I guess when you have loads of money, you get some action any time. I don't think there is any amount of money that would make me want to sleep with him. Imagine how wrinkly he is.

i like that show myself, strangely enough *blush*. they claim he sleeps w/ all 3 girls, but who knows for sure! he only actually shares a room w/ 1 of the girls, though. they've been dating for like 5 years now, and that's about as long a time as he's ever dated any one woman. holly madison, right? she calls him her 'puffin.' *gag* ;-)

Im sure he does he has mentioned viagra that he does use it. They all are very close im sure the ladies have relationships among themselves !!!! They have to not mind to be in that kind of relationship
