What are the facial and other physical characteristics of people with Czech heritage?

I am interested in things like skin coloring, nose shape and size, height, weight, common medical problems, etc.

My ex husband was Czeck...6'4, thin, dark hair/eyes, ruddy skin, very angular features...sharp nose, elf like ears, pointy chin

Medical...he was psychotic...does that count?

Add it up....he looks like Satan... LOL
