Just tell them not to throw their underwear in your hamper anymore. If they continue to do so THEN sell them on ebay and say they're the underwear of a movie star or something. If your sisters get mad, tell them they should have listened to you.

JUMP into the hamper and then hopefully someone would shut the top and toss you into the garbage and then you'd end up at the dump with all the rest of the shi*t !!!!!!!!!!!!

take the dirty underwear and rub something that looks like some sort of fecal matter on the corresponding area of the underwear, THEN give it to your friends and tell your friends to bring it up the next time they are around your sisters like "hey, nice brown stains all over your underwear." i guarantee it won't happen again.
