Call your local DMV... they may have a "hardship permit" that you may be eligible for. I know the State of California issues hardship permits on a case by case basis, and it is based on how far from school you live and if there is public transportation, or if there is a family member that is ill that you need to provide transportation for, etc. If a hardship permit is issued they are only for certain reasons, they will not allow you to go driving around with friends though.

Depends on your state. National Avg Age for Drivers license is 16. Some states will allow 14 year olds to receive Driver restricted licenses. Check with your local DMV and see what your state allows.

Depends on the state. I would think No. I have never heard anyone getting a permit before 15

Depends on what state you live in and if you work on a Farm or not. Even with that, you would be luck to get one at 15.

In Kansas you can, but California 16, Texas I don't think they care just don't litter or mess with them, they will get then.

it use to be if you were raised on a farm you could get a special exception license/or if you were needed to drive for disabled parent,but at this time i do not think at 14 you would be eligible

in many states, you can not..
there is a loop hole tho...
only way is to legally and/or physically prove u're guardians are unable to drive then can you persue the legal route and obtain one.
