Clinching the division means a team has secured first place for that season. The Ravens can secure first place in the AFC North with a win on Sunday against the Browns and a Cincinatti loss to Indy. The only other team to have clinched so far this season is Chicago.

to clich the division means no other team in your division can have a better record than you and can get a week off between the end of the regular season and the start of the play offs
afc has the colts the chargers the ravens the patriots
nfc has the bears the saints the seahawks the cowboys
both afc and nfc have several in contention for wildcard spots

Its going to be tough for the Ravens to clinch their division with Cincy breathing down their necks. Right now Cincy is playing better ball and if they end up in a tie, Cincy wins the tie breakers.
