sobriety check points?

Is law enforcement required to post sobriety check points in California on the internet? What is the web site if required and how long before its set up does it have to be posted in the internet.

Why would they do that? The whole idea is to get drunks off the road. If you drink and drive you deserve to go to jail... end of story.

Nope, they just set up the check points. If you are worried perhaps you should call a cab, have a designated driver, call AAA.

IIRC there is no requirement to post any kind of notice.
