Anyone know of any free drag&drop type HTML editing/website builder programs? Besides BlueVoda. Their software is free, but when you want to publish your finished work to the web using their software THEN they want $30. Any help from anybody would be great.

You can build a website without learning HTML, but you can't build a *good* website without learning HTML. There's really no way around it if you're at all serious, but it's not very difficult to learn.

However, you might want to check out Nvu ( http://www.nvu.com ). It's a free website-building program that's good if you have limited knowledge of HTML.

Yahoo Geocities, of course! They have the option of HTML editing, but also have drag&drop stuff. I still say it'd be a good experience for you to learn HTML (it's not as difficult as everyone claims) but if you really don't want to, you don't have to. If you want more than just a simple little website, you might want to invest in a web design program on CD. WebEasy is a great program that doesnt require any knowledge of HTML

Go with a web hosting service that will pre-install a content-management system for you, like Drupal (my favorite) or Joomla (also popular) or WordPress (popular with bloggers).

And if that hosting service offers training classes on the pre-installed bundles, that's even better!
