No, no political party is banned in Russia. there's a communist party in Russia's government called CPRF (Communist party of Russian Federation), but it has few plaves in the Governmnet as it is mostly supported by elderly people who lived in communism. As well as communist party, communism in general isnt banned in Russia either, because constitution provides freedom of political views.

Russia is communism in sheep skin. Not much has really changed beneath the skin.
