When I was a kid I used a quarter and rubbed it across the area. It hurts and will turn red, but it pushes the blood out of the area and the next day it should be gone. If there's anything remaining, use make up to cover it.

In the future, remember it is more fun to get a hickey in areas that no one else will see.

stick a spoon in the freezer for 30 min. or so, then place and hold on the hickey, repeat a few times. Don't know exactly why it works, but it does.

don't let someone give you hickeys! they're totally trashy.
put some makeup on it, and don't let anyone do that again. it's your neck, so tell them when to stop. it's pretty much a guy's way of marking their territory. the way a dog pees on something.
