sounds to me as tho she is Extremely worried/anxious about his health.. something that is bothering her, even subconsciously. perhaps she is afraid for your benefit as well.... obviously she is a caring person, whether or not she expresses it. in fact, sometimes NOT expressing it, and hiding it inside, can cause those types of thoughts of stress and anxiety for seemingly "no reason".

as for bad omen, no one will be able to tell.. i mean if something bad happens, u will think "oh my mom had that dream". but if nothing happens, u will probably just continue to worry about his health... u know? just make sure u use this type of thing to keep up the support, love and care for the WHOLE family, including ur mother. it affects all, not just the immediate family.

There are no 'bad omens'. Humans cannot predict the future.

Your mom was concerned about your husband, and she had a bad dream concerning him that caused her anxiety. Its not a mystery, it happens all the time.

when one is asleep, ones subconcious has unlimited knowledge. it is often thought that subconciously, one can potencially know everything. what i think is happening, is that subconciously, your mother feels that something bad is going to happen to you husband.
