Kobe Bryant is a very talented basketball player. But he isn't the best teammate to have on your team. Just ask SHAQ!!! Kobe is a highlight reel waiting to happen. He would've had a chance to win a title last year had he learned a long time ago how to handle a player that is more dominant (in the paint) than himself. I don't think he's ever learned how to co-exist with someone that is considered equal (in basketball talent) to him. Right now he is clearly the leader of the Lakers and they have a good record. But if he wants to win again he needs to learn how to share the load just a little. Andrew Bynum looks like he may have an opportunity to become a very good player. So there good be chance one again. This time it should work because Kobe will be the guy in control.

Before anything else, there's no need to compare Kobe to God... Kobe might have some game, but he lacks many other things that will bring you to excellence... I am gonna start by telling you that if you don't talk to your own dad, you are an ***... second, if you start pointing at other's mistakes to distract people from seeing your own mistakes, you are a prick... third, if you claim you're a basketball player, you need to snap out of yourself, basketball is a team game, and you can't live in your own little bubble thinking that the rest of the team is there just to support you... there are many other players that will step up to the plate, perfect example is D.Wade, L.James, C.Anthony... I have plenty of fun watching this other guys playing and providing hours of entertainment... used to be a Lakers fan, now if I have the choice to watch another game that is running at the same time the Lakers are playing, I'd go for the other game, regardless of who is playing... so Kobe might have some game, but he can't be the best ever. I just have a final thing that I'd like to mention: Kobe is stupid, I don't care what you all say, I still believe that he didn't rape this girl. I think it was consentual and that this little tramp thought she was gonna make an easy buck there, and she did... but I don't believe he raped her... he was very stupid, he doesn't have any game in that department... that's why he was played like that... word.

Kobe Bryant is an extremely talented basketball player. He has displayed a tremendous ability to read defenses, split defenders, he has proved his critics wrong. He is not a "ball hog" he continues to demonstrate great leadership as he makes the players around him better.

Very talented? Yes, extremely. The man is a machine. As far as basketball and playing as a team. No. He's capable of going a lot further in his career if he would just learn to share the load. Learn to take advice. Learn that he cannot win a championship by himself.

1st of all you can never compare kobe to jordan like someone before did because mj is and will stay the best basketball player. kobe is talented but comparing him to jordan is just stupid and anyone who does probably doesnt even know much about basketball or didnt watch 1 game that mj played in

Kobe is a supremely talented ball player and an egotistical prick. If he didn't rape that women he certainly mistreated and abused her--he payed her more than 5 million dollars to drop her case. Then he tried to defend his own despicable behavior by calling out Shaq for supposedly cheating, a classless move. And then he broke up the Lakers throwing away their best chances to win a title for a few years.

I like how all the Kobe haters are acting like they know him. It doesnt matter what he says or does off the court, you cant deny his greatness. He is better than michael in all aspects of his game. Michael wasnt the greatest, nicest, friendliest teammate either. At least kobe has a personality and he smiles. Jordan was, and is a cocky bastard. And he didnt break the lakers up, he isnt the owner, or general manager, etc. all things that happened, happened because of decisions made by the people who run the Lakers. Kobe said "shaq or me" Lakers sadi "you" end of story. Shaq gave the same ultimatum and they said "your freaking crazy, see ya!"

Hell yeah. Everyone just finds excuses to deny the fact that he rocks. "Ball Hog", "Uncoachable" These are wrong words made up by some stupid bi***. I made a list of players who average less assists than Kobe. Includes players like ray allen, Michael Redd. The lakers general manager ***** kubchak sucks

No, but I do agree that Kobe is very talented at getting away with rape.

He is extremely talented and very well developed in every aspect of the game. He has greatly improved his teamwork skills and if you watch his games you would realize that. The man is one word: AMAZING!! Scores at will and teams everywhere are terrified of going up against him and he'll still put up 30+ on an AVERAGE night.
