whats the name of this movie?

i think it was in a forest type setting. this man and woman find this girl and she won't talk to them and go searching they find bones in a river or somehting and it turns out to be the girls sister

Kinda sounds like 'Nell' with Jodie Foster as the girl who it urns out talks strange english. Lian Neeson and Natasha Richardson are psychologist types who are studying her. Nell had a twin sister who died at an early age. Hope this helps...?
