I have. It's kind of funny. I got rejected the first time. Then, the second time I applied..I interviewed..but wasn't interested in it anymore. Sometimes, it may be best to move on. However, if you have somehow acquired more skills and experience relevant to the job since you first applied, there is definitely a greater chance of being hired the second time around.
