How do you know they can tell that the girl is crazy? Did she come out and say, "Hi, I'm crazy about you?" Otherwise, he doesn't know anything. Just because it's clear in your mind, unless you or he is a super-powered telepath, that doesn't mean your thoughts will travel to his head.
I speak from experience that many girls will flirt with me and suggest a lot without being committal in the hope that I take the bait. If I ever take the bait I sometimes get told that she has a boyfriend. It was just an ego boost for her. She tells her boyfriend that I hit on her, she did nothing, and now he hates me.
OR, she is only interested in the chase and when I put an end to the chase she's no longer interested.
OR, he's pretending he can't tell how crazy you are about him because he's not interested in you. Just because you think it's a good idea doesn't mean he does. Your wishes don't become reality just because you think it would be a good idea.
OR, he likes you as a friend.

Let me anwer from a guy's point of view.
A guy always knows when a girl is crazy over him. He just does'nt show any interest in it because he wants the girl to take the first step and tell him how she melts for him. A man likes to see girls go crazy for him with him not doing anything about it for a while. Atleast that's what I do.

in my opinion i imagine that appears like an fairly juvenile component to do. i have regrettably been on the different end of this difficulty the position I have an fairly good pal who likes me as a lady friend and that i do exactly not see him that way. actually, i imagine you should somewhat attempt to bypass on because once you do not see someone in that way it may not replace any time quickly. It sucks, yet no remember how troublesome you try it doesn't artwork. the perfect component to do is only bypass on like you should and no matter if that is meant to be this is going to ensue. attempting to make her jealous is only going to have a adverse result.

It could be genetics, upbringing, poor schooling or maybe the girl is not making it obvious enough.
