Hi there if your limbs fall asleep at night too much what ould that be? if anything... i mean all the time

If it is your hands and arms it could be carpal tunnel, if it is your legs as well you could have very poor circulation. If this is the case you should talk to a doctor about it.

Limbs as in hands, legs, feet, arms??? Poor circulation, thickening of bloodvessel walls, pinched nerve (neck area usually) etc.
Might want to consult a doctor on this, all limbs continuously falling asleep might have something to do mostly with the neck/back area, something being pinched or obstructed given this happens only at night, til you can get it checked try using pillows between legs and infront for arms to attempt to keep your spine straight (laying on side)...see if that helps a bit. Best to have it checked out.

Sounds like lack of blood. I'd go to the doctor and have them check your circulatory system out. Maybe ask them about massage therapy. Or seek out a massage therapist close to you and see if they can help you with out a doctor, they may ask that you see your physician first though (however, it seems like doctors don't always know the true benefits of massage therapy). massage can do a lot of good on getting your circulation moving, getting fresh blood into your limbs, and getting all the systems in sync with each other.

Check how you are sleeping. I find that having something to hold on to, like a pillow or something, helps because it generally happens when you roll on your side.
