I think that question is a little impossible, if your trying to find a certain artist, it doesn't mean they'll make their art any differently based on what you want it to be. don't be so dumb next time.

concept art is just that "concept" art. You tell the artist what you want, and he visualizes it best he can and puts it to paper, then shows it to you. Then you tell him what you like and dont like about the art, and he goes through a second rendition of the art to make it look more like what you want. You can go through that phase as many times as you want to get what you want. The trick is finding a professional artist that will listen to your ideas.
