Cast on a multiple of 4, plus 1 extra.
1st and 3rd rows (wrong side): Purl.
2nd row: K1, *(K1, P1, K1) into the next st, P3tog, repeat from * to last st, k1.
4th row: K1, *P3tog, (K1, P1, K1) into the next st, repeat from * to last stitch, k1.
To do the K1, P1, K1 in one stitch -- knit a stitch but DON'T drop it from the left needle; bring yarn forward & purl into the same stitch, still don't drop it; bring yarn to back and knit one more time into the same stitch, now you drop it. Basicall, where you used to have one stitch, you now have three, which makes the little raspberry bobble.
