Have you ever spent xmas on your own & what was it like for you?

I did once....I got sick on x-mas eve, and didn't want to get anyone else sick.....(it was a really bad sore throat and cough) so i didn't go anywhere I lived on my own at that time......it was yucky........the same thing also happened on thanksgiving, too, a few years later........that's one of the downfalls of living on your own......

Yup. It was great. But that said, I'm not much of a people person.
I cooked a Christmas dinner just for me, watched a LOTR marathon, did crossword puzzles, completely avoided Christmas music of all sorts, drank some wine and went to bed.

Nope I never have have always had my family or my husband and then my own family, I guess thats what happens when you come from big families.
