It's just a society thing, besides the cold weather. And don't forget the "stay in fashion" idea. We all could move where it's warm though and that would work.
But then again there are those I wouldn't "want" to see naked. They look bad enough in clothes.

ummmm....maybe so we can keep warm during the winter months. I really don't want to have to go running around in a foot or more of snow buck naked! I think too, some people are really not willing to go out in public to stores with no clothes on and get arrested.
Honestly here, I wouldn't want to see some 400 pound man or woman walking around buck a** naked! That is really disgusting.

we wear clothes to protect us from the weather .. it's cold and rainy. You need clothes to keep warm. we also wear clothes because the government has laws to prevent nudity, I guess those conservatives would be offended, or they might think you were a pervert, or worse. There are places where nudity is acceptable like beaches. but wait until the weather gets warmer

Because there are some people who the public does NOT want to see naked, we would all go blind and be sick from throwing up so much. Thank God for clothes =) lmao

Clothes are to protect us from ugly bodies! If someone has droopy boobs who wants to see that? Also I wouldn't really want to see people's private parts all the time, it would put me off my food and probably off doing the horzontal tango myself!

We wear clothes because we do not have fur, feathers or scales (most of us) and so our butts don't freeze to the bus stop benches.
