I'd say talk to your doctor and see what you shouldn't do. Then talk to your employer. I wouldn't worry about anyone telling you that you're eating too much.

Well, you hit the nail on the head. Don't use certain chemicals and certainly make sure the the room is ventilated when you do use chemicals. Don't lift heavy things and try not to stay on your feet for long periods of time. Eat when you feel that you need to. You are carrying a child for God's sake. As a matter of fact if you are close to being due, just go on maternity leave. Forget them. This is your health and the health of your child and that is worth more than any job.

you dont clean or sweep at your own house either? If you cant do your job pregnant you should be on maternity leave already. You are there to help those people if you can't do it then youshouldn't be there. They are paying you to do that because they CAN'T either so what good is having you there if you can't do it? I cleaned my own house just fine through both pregnancies. I dont get why sweeping would even be a problem. Tell them to get cleansers that are safe, you can clean with baking soda and vinegar, those shouldnt harm anything. Or use whatever products you are using in your own home.

Thank them for their concern and ignore them. when it comes to pregnancy and babies, suddenly everyone is an expert. There may be some tasks that are uncomfortable to do like sweeping, lifting, and bending over, then there are the tasks that can be harmful to your baby, like cleaning with strong chemicals, if you are required to do so, just make sure you are in a well ventalated area. And if your clients continue to give youa hard time, talk to your suppervisor. They can move you to another client for either a temporary or perminant new client.
