Actually family members are usually discreet about his sort of thing. I did marry into a family with a high profile celebrity. She is my mother in laws sister. She is in her 50's and lives in LA. We never see her as she is all wrapped up in her own little world. Or should I say hollywood. She used to be on a TV show in the late 80's (hit show that ran for 7 years ) she then when to TV movies in the 90's and finally in the last 5 years the big screen.

I'm a decendent of Stonewall Jackson, but I'm not sure if he would be some grandpa or uncle, I've forgotten.

Not that I have found, but I hope to be famous one day if that counts :) But my friend is a great-great-great (etc.) granddaughter of Stephen A. Douglas, the man who lost the presidential election to Abraham Lincoln and was a big supporter of Slavery <(reason she doesn't go around talking about it much.)

Not that I know of or care about. I do share an uncommon last name with a celebrity and it is unfortunate that everyone references this EVERY time I tell my name.
