Yes, its the "survival of the fittest" concept in today's world such as, if you get hit by an ambulance that's been blaring its siren and honking for several minutes and you got in the way anyway. Another example I see everyday is how college students will run across a 6 lane highway after getting off rapid transit as if they got off a school bus. They don't even look. If one of them gets hit, its social darwinism.
