It's called pride. Men never want to admit that they are wrong. They are supposed to be the anchor in the woman's life, to protect and support and comfort. That means that they have to be strong, so that she can rely on him. To admit to being wrong is to show weakness and then she won't trust his judgment or follow his counsel. Humility is not an easy thing for men to develop. Truth is (my perspective) that women like a man that can admit their weaknesses. They feel tender toward them and want to be a part of that softness in their man. A man can admit they are wrong, get ideas from others, including their mate, and then make a decision that their mate can still respect and follow. Men simply need to get over themselves and quit hiding their weakness behind their false pride.
Let your man know that it is alright for him to admit he is wrong from time to time, you will still love and respect him.

Because they are men and that is just the way that they are wired.....hey someone call a electician! hehehe
