That is a burn in the material. the surface of the material has been burned away. You cannot remove what is not there. You will probably get suggestions but I dont think you will get rid of it.

Heating the yarns of fabrics reshapes them. Just like when women curl their hair with a curling iron. Difference is, with fabrics, it's permanent. Assuming the burned area is not discolored with a brown, burned look, and assuming that there is only minimal reshaping of the yarns, about the only thing you can try is to place a piece of thin fabric, muslin, light cotton or a press cloth made for this purpose, over the top of the affected and surrounding areas and attempt to reshape those areas by reheating them with the iron. You need to do the areas outside of the burned area to do a sort of "blending" effect. You will probably need to pull, hand-press and shape the areas to get them to blend into a desired look. It will never look perfect, but this may minimize the misshapened look a little. Also, the burned area may return to its original burned shape after washing. Not saying this will work with your problem, but this can temporarily correct the look of a minor burn.

Probably not. However, try rubbing the spot vigorously with vinegar. Try the vinegar on a hidden place first to be sure it is safe.
Otherwise, take it to a dry cleaner to see if they can fix it.
