You're close, the game was called bust a GROOVE. Bust a move is a puzzle game, better known as puzzle bobble. There were two bust a groove games for the Playstation. It's fairly rare, since it wasn't very popular when it came out, I think the going rate is about 65-85 dollars for each game. Good luck.
