So I have 5 Christmas parties that I am going to this year and tonight is the 3rd, but this is the office Christmas party...
Should I hit on the bosses wife since she was all over me last year...LOL
What is it with women and Christmas Parties...they are not like that all year...and when you bring your spouse to it...they can't keep their hands off of you...is it the booze or a year long build up of juice...LOL
I got in trouble with the wife when one of the admin assistants last year danced with me but was bumping her a s s into my groin...should I stay away from dancing with her again..?

I think it's just the fact that you mainly know these people on a professional level and you get to see the other side of them once they have a few drinks in em' and they no longer have the obligation to act in an 'appropriate' manner...
I'd have fun but not so much fun that you are paying for it later when it's just you and the wifey...lol...

Booze and lust generally make for very poor business sense. Many people forget or don't care that the office Xmas party is a BUSINESS function, first and foremost. It's a chance to relax and have fun with your coworkers, meet others in the company, network, and get the opportunity to access upper management on a personal level. More importantly, it's an opportunity for the rest of the company to meet YOU, and preferably at your best.
It's not intended to be a drinking contest, or foreplay. Members of upper management often forget that too, but people who do so sometimes short circuit their careers. Drunks and wild partiers are noticed and judged on their conduct, and can create a stigma which lingers for years. (Do you really think the boss didn't notice his wife's behavior towards you? Think again.)
The best way to approach it is to have no more than 2 drinks over a few hours, and behave as though it's a proper social. Your company invited spouses, therefore you're there to show off as a married couple, and should behave as such. Please have more respect for your wife than to dance with the bimbos in front of her, you wouldn't like it if she did that to you. Having some respect for yourself, your position, your image AND the people "throwing the party" is a good idea, too. Now straighten your tie and have "fun".

Oh, these Christmas parties!
I wouldn't hit on the bosses wife b/c I assume you need your job, and you don't want to sleep in the doghouse either.
I say get your wife boozed up and make it an enjoyable evening for both of you - especially when you get home.
And stay away from the Administrative Assistants, they caused you enough grief last year so why would you think of it? That is, if you love your wife.

Play it safe, don't drink and dance with other chicks. Instead take some alcohol home from the party and "dance" with your wife. Everyone is happy in the end.
