A lie is a lie? Is that really true? Does a little lie beget bigger lies?

Everyone tells a little white lie now and again. It depends on the seriousness of the lie and the situation. Overlook the little things. In other words, always pick your battles...and don't try to forsee the future. A lie about a little thing and getting worried that it could grow into this or that later just creates undue stress on you---and if you act on that stress you can make your perceptions possibly become a reality.
