I was going to say no, but I decided to say not very easily if it can be done.

Most remotes have a specific frequency for the make and model of the vehicle.

To do this, you would probably have to change chips, resistors, etc. on the circuit board inside the remote, which would be a LOT of work. It probably can be done, but would require lots of time and know-how.

-------------------
The dealer will not be able to "re-adjust the circuitry". There are no moving or adjustable parts inside the remote to adjust.

There is an FCC ID number on the back of each transmitter, IF that number matches, the remote should be programmable to your vehicle. But chances are very slim that they will be the same.

Otherwise, to accomplish what is wanted, it would have to be attempted to be done by someone who knows how to work with electronics and printed-circuit boards and could identify which pieces are used to create and send the signal to the vehicle and replace them with the pieces from the original remote. Dealerships don't employ electronics technicians, so chances are very, very slim (Like hit the lottery type slim) that they would have an employee capable of doing what you want.

Just take it to the dealer & have them re-adjust the circuitry.
