Every time I apply make up it disappears. I've tried cheaper make up like Loreal and expensive make up from Sephora and Mac and nothing stays. I don't have oily skin, nor do I touch my face, so why is it coming off?

I especially have trouble with eyeliner, that disappears in within an hour. Whether it be liquid or pencil.

Any way I can keep make up from disappearing?

Same thing happens to me too. I thought about applying MORE on, but I do not want to look like a clown like the majority of the girls at my school.

I rather look natural than like a prostitute. Maybe you can just carry your make-up with you and just reapply it when it disappears?

And dry skin is not always the problem. My skin is really smooth because I apply a moisturizer and a moisturizer WITH SPF30 daily.

The best solution for making eye liner stay is to see if you can get a "colorstay" eye shadow, use an eyeliner brush and get it wet and then smudge it around in the shadow and apply the shadow as a liner...That works VERY well for me! And I use Bare minerals foundation and I find it stays on all day...especially when used with the mineral veil..

you can use a long lasting makeup like Loreal Infallible (lasts 16 hours) and a smudge free eye liner like covergirl outlast eye liner. Use powder though out the day to help your skin from getting oily

maybe your face is dry and is soaking up all the moisture from the make up making it appear as tho it disappeared..
try using hydraat moisture by skindinavia
it is a spray that you can mist on your face all through out the day and it helps keep your make-up "set" it's also freshing

What I would do is a clean off my skin thoroughly and just apply. Don't forget to dry your face off.

Use a powder to set it. You culd also try the Body Shop's vitamin E face spray, that sets your makeup.

Well, maybe it's a sign...stay natural...I hardly ever wear make-up. Mostly never, but maybe the make-up is trying to tell you, you have a beautiful face...don't cover it up.

God Bless!!

Your skin might be dry... try using a non-comeogenic moisturizer before putting makeup on.
