Yeah, unfortunately (and I mean that sincerely), you can purchase them at the mall, at Spencer's gifts (they're also online, just type in "spencers gifts" at yahoo search)...
Just kinda not in tune with the whole adult-xmas theme, but hey, whatever flips yer buffer!

I would suggest an adult store. They have more than just "toys". They've got gag and seriouos gift ideas. I'm sure you could buy online as well.
