Just talk to your dad. It could be something serious like a torsion, or something minor. But ignoring it is not the thing to do.

Okay, first off, it's not uncommon to get pains in your testicles at this age, they're typical growing pains. You will be constantly feeling these pains throughout your teenage years, if not all of those years. However, depending on what you have been doing..., these pains could be coming from another source. Then, there is the other alternative, they could be the start of something that would need to be looked at by a medical professional. If these pains continue for another day, I would explain it to your parents.
There are varying symptoms of what it could be, but, most likely isn't. If it's dull, throbbing pain, where it comes and goes, it could be that you may have strained yourself through bending down or over, walking or running. People don't really realize that standard everyday activities can effect us in many ways. Now, on the other hand, sharp, shooting pains that are constant could be the result of another type of internal injury. Or, under worse circumstances, the beginning of a condition or disease. But, I don't want to worry you with something silly like that. It's most likely nothing at all. But, tell your parents about it, don't think that it will just go away or you can handle it yourself when you could have the help of an adult.
Best of luck to you.
Happy Holidays.

If you haven't had a complete exam by a doctor in a while, ask your parents to set an appointment for you to get one. Just tell them you haven't been feeling quite up to par lately and want to be sure there isn't anything medically wrong. If they ask questions, just say you are feeling a little low in energy and have a bit of pain here and there and want to get a doctor to check it out. Sort of a non-informative "don't be so darn nosy" response.
When you go in for the appointment (even if they take you there) insist on going in by yourself. Say something like I am old enough to talk to the doctor alone and don't need you to hold my hand while I get a check up.
Once in the examining room, just strip off and ask the doctor to check everything from head to toe and all points in between. If your doctor seems a little reluctant to examine your genitals, simply say you've been experiencing a little pain down there and want them examined.
Oh, and while you are there and naked it's a great time to ask any questions you have about your development as regards puberty and all that. So feel free to ask about hair growth on your body, your overall height and weight, your muscular development, your penis and testicle size, etc. Basically if you have any body related doubts or questions, ask.
And if your parents ask about what the results are, unless there is something serious that needs medical attention, I am sure you can reassure them about all the neutral stuff. And if there is a medical problem, then you cna always let the doctor explain it to them if need be.
Odds are it is merely some minor little pain and won't require more than a quick check and some reassurance from your doctor. But just in case, go the full exam route; better to endure the exam than wind up with a really serious problem later on.

Hi im a nurse and it is really important that you tell your parents. You could have something called torsion of the testicle or it could be twisted.
Just say to your mum or dad that you have a pain and that its a bit embarrasing. They are only human if you can talk to your parent that you get on best with first.
Seriously its not embarrasing. If you leave it it could become worse and then you would be taken to hospital with your parents seeing all!!! so please dont be shy.
Good luck

no need to be embarrassed, testicles are just a natural part of your body. As long as you haven't been sticking needles in them or anything, tell your dad, I'm sure his nuts have ached at least once in his life.

Honey, go to whichever parent you feel most comfortable telling and TELL him or her immediately. Is there any physical change besides the pain? I don't think I need to tell you how serious this could be. Go now, ok?

I'm a nurse. I would ask to speak with them about a serious problem your'e having and tell them. You need to see a doctor regarding this, if not it could possibly become worse.

Assuming that you haven't suffered an injury or that you aren't wacking off every day, whats wrong with going to your dad and tell him. He would be just as concerned as you are if not More! Go see him!

If you have coverage, maybe you can just ask to privately see a doctor so you can tell him. Or go directly to your father about it. He's a guy, he'll be cool about it.
Hope everything is okay.
