How do you copy music from your computer to your ipod?

iTunes is the easiest (and only official) way to put music, videos and so on onto your iPod. First off, go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download iTunes. Run the setup program that gets downloaded. Once iTunes is installed, open it, and it'll guide you through a wizard for first-time setup of your preferences. Have it search your hard drive for music for you, and it'll all be added to your iTunes music library. Once that's all done with, plug your iPod in, and it should show up in the Source list along the left. Then it's simply a matter of selecting all the music and dragging it onto the iPod's icon — or iTunes may be configured to do that for you automatically, I forget. :)
