Get Trendmicro Cool web search Shredder and let it do a scan and also get spybot this will remove the BHO that has installed in your system that is causing this.Good Luck Oh yeah both are free and work great.

Delete your cookies in internet tools options, download adware, to get rid of spyware, and get a pop up blocker like panic ware all of which are free.
