I'm an 18 years old boy and have a not-really-manly voice.. how can i remedy to it?

you know what body i know that it can hurt not to have a man voice because i went thru this problem myself.however, by time ur voice will get deeper as you grow. just keep in the back of your mine all the time to try to speak in a loud and strong vioce and it will become a habbit. good luck and don't take it personaly if somebody mastakes you for women voice. just ignor it that is what i did ::::::::::::)

You can't remedy that. You can't do anything about it. Some people just don't have really low voices. While others, don't have really high voices. It also doesn't mean that when you turn 18 you are an adult. Becoming an adult doesn't happen overnight. Some people never act like adults. Granted you turn 18, you are by law an adult, but this doesn't mean your voice will turn deeper or you'll grow hair on your chest. Besides, everybody's different, you could develop a deeper voice when you enter your early twenties or even mid twenties.
Don't worry about it too much. Everything happens in good time.

I'm a nurse. You are still growing. Just wait and your voice will begin to get deeper with age. There are medciations out there however, schedule an appointment with your doctor.

As long as you don't sound like a cartoon character and you're not planning on being a preview narrator, don't worry about having a deep voice. Some girls even like guys like that.

you don't have to worry.. Your voice isn't that girly, lol.. AS your friend, I'll advice you to stop thinking about it because i don't think there's a way to deepen it. it's natural, it'll grow deeper in the future.

Please everyone watch earthlings and gary yourofsky on youtube please and please go vegan it's better for us it's better for the animals and it's better for the planet that we live on and be careful sugar is not vegan because of the bone char just search online for vegan sugar brands or just call the company or e mail them and ask them if they use bone char and be careful with the products that contain sugar just read the ingredients btw beet sugar and evaporated cane juice are vegan

My voice got deeper when I started smoking, but that isn't really worth it.

Different person grow along different sets of paths and mature in various ways. You will not fully grow up till about age 30 you will prpobably get a deeper voice yet in the next three years.
However do not carry around any poor self esteme becasue of you voice.
NBot all mens voices are deep or low. Some men have higher voices that most females do. SOme have deeper voices than most.
Do you know what a bell curve is.
think of the shape of a bell. Think of a line tracing the top of the bell. Looking at it sodeways it starts out low and then gradually rises and then gets to the top and then descends back down on the other side.
Life is like a bell curve. divide all persons up ( divide all things up about those persons ) and you will get some sort of a bell curve. DO you undestand me? Take voices. take deep manly voices. ther are a very few that have the highest and most shrilling voices amongst men. ( if you are one of them you cna make a lot of money doing voices for cartoon characters or for TV ads. then persons with less shrilly and less high voices increase in number gradually as you get to the middle section. then ther is the bulk of thepopulation the most men have voices in the middle raange of male voices that exist and what ever the middle is there are probably the most men with that voice. Then as you go to the right you get those with really deep voices. the deeper the voice the less persons who have it.

Also your voice never sounds to you the same as it sounds to others. If you record your voice and play it back. Then you will not like what you hear. MOst professional singers and perosn who do voice overs for commercials or movies do not appreciate their own voice.

YOu can look at my other answers to similar questions. for sure there are other things bothering you aboutyou r maturatino proces besides you voice. GO ahead shoot the loaad. and let me try to help you build up your self esteme. It is common to have low self esteme especially at your age.
when surveyed most movie stars and celebrities who often are famous and popular for their looks when asked "If you could do it woudl you change anythin abotu how you look or sound" Answerd yes. My nose is too long or short or my ears are not right or this or that.
So if they have poor self esteme ( especially the teens) realize it is a human nature thing and deal with it. I mean gt over it.
The devil is tryivn hard time to get you to not appreciate how you lookl and how you are. THenhe gets demons to beat you up mentally. they rob your joy fomr oyu and keep you from appreciating the blessings nd goof things in your life.
YOu have not finished growing up. SOme of it you realy like. Don't you? If you are like most guys when you were ten or twelve you really were anxious to see the dya you would get some pubic hair and when your equipment would go form teeny weeny to man sized. No doubt as it happene dyou have viewed yourself in a mirror and admired what is happening to you. Realize tha GOd or nature is doing most of it and you are having littel to do wiht it.
Don;t smoke or use drugs or have sex. Stay the virgin you are ( we hope) and realize that the GOd who loves you and created ytou has also made one special person for you to be your mate. If your voice is high that perosn will some how prefer a person with your voice over any others. BE thatnkful and say it out loud ( when you are alone or in fornt of others if you have courage and faith.) DId you ever notice every prayer in the Bible is spoken out loud. Maybe you should speak out loud to God and say :God thank you for my voice, Please grow it and let me appreciate everything about myslef and appreciate you for createing me. Save me and help me to have a good life. Let it be ther there is one special perosn a wife who you made especially for me and me fo rher and help me to grow in strenght nd grace so that she and I can both be virgins or as virgins when we marry and leet it be a great life.
