Duh light his red 'fro on fire. Then I would tell him to get bent and to go die of a heart attack. Maybe kick him once or twice and then call the cops and tell them he was trying to molest me. Yeah that would work. Oh and don't forget you have to add a lawsuit against McDonalds for it too.
