When you find them, they are all level 50. Zapdos is in the abandoned Power Plant, Moltres is in Victory Road, and Articuno is in a cave (sorry, it's been awhile since I've played them.) Their attacks are quite lacking, so you have to level them up or give them TM's to make them any good to use.

they will be on level 50 zapetos is in power plant and moltras is in vctory road the cave were u go to find the elite four!
oh and ne one know were to get articuno in red version?
