She could weigh anywhere from 160 - 250 lbs. Depends on where she carries her weight and how muscular she is.
If she is a 46DD and wears a 1x she probably is curvey looking rather than obese.

Why don't you ask the person instead of having folks guess? Does it concern you a great deal? Then perhaps she is not what you are looking for. If you are more concerned with her weight amount and bra size than other things, maybe she would be better off without you. By the way, a 46 DD doesn't mean a gal is fat in a lot of cases. It means she is well-endowed. Folks carry weight differently too.

i've never heard of that size. is she a size 10? or closer to a 2?
46DD is pretty big...
