I don't think it would work on your height at your age.
I knew a girl who had been given it when she was young but it was given at the wrong time so instead of getting taller she got huge boobs, she ended up 4ft 9 ish with porn star boobs.
I'm 5ft 3 and the tallest woman in my family but none of us have height issues, perhaps you would be better off seeking help for the weight and the psychological issue that you have about your height.

Don't know for sure but I was given it as a baby before I was born, apprently they were concerned that I was much too small, and I am now fully grown at 5 ft 10.

I wouldnt take it unless i was freakishly short. Look on google for ways to grow or get taller naturally. I found one website ages ago on it - part of it was sleeping for the right length of time
