hey .. ya i have a pretty big penis but i was wondering cause i always see ads for pills .. is there anyway to get a bigger penis without pills?? i know about pumps and stuff but thats only temp .. is there any permantant .. ??

Bigger is not necessarily better. You say you have a pretty long one, but havent mentioned how long. The average size of 5 to 7 inches when erect, shouldnt cause any distress. In fact, even with a 2" one, one can satisfy a woman sexually, though may not visually, since the most sensitive and pleasurable part of a woman is not more than 2" deep. A longer organ doesnt mean greater sexual pleasure, as much as big breasts in women mean better sex.
Having a long penis has its prioblems. If you have say a 9" one, and get turned on easily in public, the stimulus would be seen by others. Keeping the penis clean and, if you happen to have them, removing pubic hair ON the penis (yes,many men have this), also become time consuming. If you want, you can always shave off or closely trim (this is better than shaving) the pubic hair around the penis so that it creates an illusion of a longer penis.
The pills you have read about dont work, and some of them may even cause bad side effects. Never try these unless you consult a doctor. Be satisfied with what you have, which it appears to be adequate, and dont get fixated with penis size.

Obviously if your askin how to go about getting a larger penis and have it be so pemanently...Your penis can not be all that large. But anyway I believe they have implant and what not.
