O.K., I don't have any website info for you, just some dressing it up a bit tips for little money.
First, there is nothing wrong with jeans, depending on what jeans you pick and more importantly, what you wear with them.
For a more dressed up jean, go with a darker wash. Pair them with a stylish belt and Girl shoes with a heel. Even a kitten heal is better than no heel. If you can't wear heals, just keep this in mind. You don't have to keep them on at all times. Take them off when you are sitting. If you know you are going to have to do a lot of walking at any point, then find some GIRL SHOE flats. In other words, get rid of the sneakers or flip flops. For a shirt, a simple button down blouse or a shiny cami or even a tank with some sequince around the neck. Pair that with a fitted jacket (not a winter jacket, just a fashion jacket). I know you live in a cold climate, so just make sure you wear the jacket over your shirt.
Here's the great part (No money- No problem). You can get all of this stuff at goodwill stores, consignment shops or even stores like Walmart. You probably can't get the perfect fit in these stores, so dress the biggest part of you body. You can bring them to a taylor to be taken in the smaller parts of you body. Alterations to every day clothes really doesn't cost very much money. After buying at these stores and going to the taylor, you are still saving a lot of money than if you go to those crazy expensive stores. Good Luck!

No one can ever go wrong with low rise jeans and a fitted t-shirt. Also if you try thrift stores here are often lots of really fantastic finds. Wal - Mart now has a clothing line called metro 7 and the clothes are really cute and very inexpensive.

hi there hun why dont you try charity shops for cheap feminine clothes. or even with your jeans buy some cheap heels or dressy shoes and dress your jeans up.
maybe your friends have some skirts or dresses they can give you or even lend to you. or even if you can sew, why not buy some material from a material shop and make your own skirts, dressy tops and dresses. even with your jeans why not buy some cheap diamonds or jewels and stick them on to your jeans for instant glam factor. i think charity shops or cheap clothing stores have bargain or cheap items of clothing which eventhough cheaper can be gorgeous when put together.
or sometimes what i do is when wearing jeans , i wear a dressy top and accesorise with beads orcheap bangles and glittery earrings. i really hope ive helped you. if you want any advice hun feel free to email me as i could help to get you to get some charity shop clothes.

My wardrobe is over 90% jeans and t-shirts... I also like those tailored vintage-looking western shirts with the little pearl buttons. They go great with jeans. I'm sure there are lots of different kinds of sweaters and cute jackets to pick from where you live too.

Slacks and sweaters. Thats what i wear to work. Sears is pretty inexpensive and they have lots of cute girly slacks and cute in style sweaters. Or nice shirts that go with your pants. There are places that sell long rees (www.downeastbasics.com) that you can layer, a tank top with lace underneath and a long vneck shirt over the top. Very cute, Very Cheap.

Try some relaxed fit khakis and some t-shirts with "feminine" prints on them. You would still be comfy and look more feminine.
