More true to the Bond of the books in regards to how he thinks, feels and acts. Craig got it right. Bond is an effecient ruthless killing machine who does have a weakness for the females and drinks quite a bit.
Casino Royale in my mind is the best Bond since From Russia With Love and surpasses even that. can't wait until the next one already in pre-production. Will be an all new adventure not based on the books and will be a direct sequel as all Bond films will now be interrelated. Something that hasn't been done since the final Connery films.

I'll admit that I wanted Clive Owen to get the part (At the time I hadn't seen either of them act). I actually ended up so pleased that Daniel Craig got the part because i saw a Clive Owen film and realised how much i didn't like his acting.
I thought the film was brilliant, the cars were classy, the setting was classy, the girls actually looked stunning (Most of the recent ones have looked dog rough), the baddie was believable and not ridiculously impossible (he can make himself cry blood in real life too!!!), and they picked Chris Cornell to do the theme tune.
In my opinion it has to be the best bond film EVER.
It's the chocolate fudge cake and double cream (pure indulgence) of films!!!

Very close to being best Bond film but definately Craig is the best Bond ever. Its the way he's polite holding a door open for a lady, says please and thank you as he should and orders his Vodka Martinis like a normal bloke.
The only strecth for the imagination was how he managed to drink 18 in one night!?
A great film! A great new Bond!

I thought it was amazing. I really did not expect Daniel Craig to be a good James Bond at all and I was really pleasantly surprised. He was a very gritty but yet vulnerable James Bond.

"Croupier" "Croupier" became released in the 365 days 1998 and Clive Owen became the large call of the movie. Director of the movie is Mike Hodges. It became released both on cinemas and tv. because it became televised, Academy Awards disqualified it from nomination.

as a bond fanatic, i loved it. daniel craig has bond back to being cheeky, like he's supposed to. not to mention he has his shirt off a lot (which is a good thing). its a great movie for anyone to see.

i really liked it - I love the 'old' james bond movies (so classic, brilliant) but have not liked any of the modern ones so far (pierce brosnan) so I wasn't expecting to like this either - but I thought it was great!
