Why not just get rid of them all, and have a 30% sales tax, with rebates for anyone below a certain income level.

This is fair to everyone. Both rich and poor buy stuff, and the rich buy MORE stuff, so they get taxed heavier.

Also, the poor will not have to pay taxes, which is also fair.

Don't forget this will eliminate the IRS, which costs Billions of dollars a year to run...

I'm for a single payment flat tax.

Everyone pays the same percentage no mater if you only make a buck or you make a billions. 10% or what ever works out to cover the expense of filling the pot holes. Some say 11% will do it others want to start with 14% until we get everything balanced then back it down to 10%

Eliminate all but tariffs, then double them... add a 3% fed value added tax, limit states to 5% sales tax...

Watch the economy BOOM... and revenues INCREASE..

Prior to World War II we had none of these taxes. I think they should all be removed and the Government should learn to live within it means.. just like you and me...
