No, all spiders actually only have two fangs. Think of them as thickened syringes. They are hollowed through the centre, this allows them to inject venom into their prey. These fangs are attached to chelicerae.
The mouth itself, has no teeth, it is just a simple open and close mechanism, picture it like an old man with no teeth if you will.

No, they are more or less like vampires. They kill their prey with poison and the poison liquifies the yummy guts and flesh of the insect inside it's carapace. The spider then jabs its fangs into the hard carapace (shell) and sucks out the goop leaving a dry husk behind.
