I've heard several times that people who stop drinking coffee experiencing withdraws like major headaches. People can also build habits of relying on the caffeine to wake you up in the morning. Often people say I can stop drinking coffee but few really do stop. i would say yes.

Remember a person breaking a habit does not classify it as non-habit forming. So don’t misinterpret the definition of addicting/ addictive.

Caffeine is very addicting depending on who you are. Its not very good to drink coffee or caffeine everyday but a lot of people are addicted to it.

Yes, very much so. A person will have withdrawals from coming off caffeine after being used to consuming it daily. I found this out when I had to quit it.

no its not addictive - you can quit

now crack is because they can't quit it

i can go without but i sure pay for it in i get extreme headaches but that does not mean i am additiced to it just means my body is use to it and wants it.

i live on Mt. Dew - but i can go with out if need be

Yes, There are even withdrawal symptoms-headaches, shaking etc.
