I suppose I have a lots of favorite songs at Christmas, but I have two that rally stick out in my mind. The first one many people have probably not heard of, it's called "Sing Ting-a-Ling-a-Jingle". It is a hristmas lullaby that I hope to pass down to my granddaughter. I found the song in some old records I came across when I was younger. It is a cute little children's Christmas lullaby. My other favorite Christmas song is "Ave Maria". The music was written in 1825,by Franz Schubert, long before it was ever put to words. There are numerous authors to this lovely hymn praising the Virgin Mary ,it seems.
I just wanted to tell a little about my favorite songs. Thank you for the chance to do that. I hope everyone has a peaceful and blessed Christmas.

Silent Night. When I was growing up, my mother had a beautiful Christmas bell with a music box that played this song, she would wind it up while we decorated our Christmas tree and now whenever I hear the song, I think of time spent with my family doing Christmas things. Also, I love the words too, so I have a double reason for loving this song.

Christmas in Hollis by Run DMC. My parents had the Very Special Christmas CD And this one sparked my love of rap at an early age. That and it was fun to jam out to.
