Hi, When I get the first sniffle I take a massive dose of Vitamin C(2000mg). I have not had a cold in 10 or so years. I don't take Vitamin C on a regular basis and I think that is the reason it works so well.

Yes,Take these tablets that dissolve in water, Its called Airborn, ( also comes in other cheaper brands , but its all the same ) It quickly builds up your bodies immune system... Also eating healthy, getting rest, and staying on top of your symtoms will keep that cold away...

i always take a bunch of vitamins at the first sign, including bee pollen [also good for weight loss], b12 [which is best for women since we lack it], iron [IF your stomach can handle it, many people find that iron is too rough on them, even w/o a cold.], a,d,c, FISH OIL [which is GREAT for your hair, skin and nails] and pretty much anything else i can find. the best place to get some is the health section in wegmans, or a health food store. good luck! :)

I'm a nurse. The medication is something your body obviously didn't need. The medication you need is from a doctor. First the doctor has to find the problem then offer a solution.

At the first sign you are getting a cold, take either Zicam or Airborne. You can get both at the drug store.

Cold-eze. It's like a cough drop, so it's that easy. Still knew I had a cold, but with none of the congestion, coughing, sneezing , runny nose... . Believe me, it works.
