Basically all our courts are in violation of the constitution in the fact that the purpose of the court is to seek justice for all .The definition of justice (an impartial judgment based on truth, fact and reason) When courts take statements by police over the citizen as truth before you even open the court room door .When police receive immunity from prosecution for lying .The citizen receives a felony for perjury .A citizen is charged with perjury for even saying police are lying .Allowing police to lie and falsify statements and documents and present them as fact . These things happen every day in the courts of our country .This could hardly be called impartial ,by any ones standards who is a person of honor and integrity .It sure can't be considered based on truth when one party is allowed to lie without repercussions equal to the other parties. So you can see there is no justice for anyone in our courts today. Which it was never meant to be this way, and is tyranny on the people and a violation of the oath our judges swore to the Constitution to uphold ,Anyone who cant see this is getting paid by government and is a bureaucrat not a judge .

Not much you can do. Judges have very broad discretion on how to carry on business in their court room. Just because you don't agree with the way a judge is doing things doesn't give you any sort of cause of action. Unless he is breaking a law, then there is nothing you can do, except don't vote for him the next time around.

I've had a taste of district family court "justice". Check into the link, it has loads of great information. Some of it's a little on the fringe, but still, you will find good stuff there. Good luck.
