I have a Christmas party to go to at my boyfriends work. I think he is wearing jeans and a nice dress shirt. I don't want to over dress or under dress.

just wear like a pair of nice slacks with a dress up shirt, make your bf proud to show everyone that he is with you!! and make your make-up extra cute so that later in the night you'll still have someone to look good for. and make sure that your jewelry just pulls everything together.

A shortish skirt with a cozy sweater and colored tights. Maybe boots or platform wedges, or a cute head scarf? Have fun at the party!

Get a fabulous top something shimmery but not stripperish and some kick a** jeans, maybe a stylish scarf, some cute shoes, and an up do with you hair.
Don't forget some dangly earrings.

How about some nice fancy relaxed jeans with a few shiny rocks, a smart blazer and some accesories? Like a scarf, a pendant or earrings?

well if hes just wearing jeans and a nice shirt and he feels comfortable in that, then you should wear something casuall too. Not , too, dressy, but nice...comfortable, but shows your style...
