Have you talked to the judge, seen a traffic clerk, or gotten a letter from the state? If not, then you might be OK. Only a court can pull your license. It Texas, if your suspended, they cut off the expiration date, invalidating the license.

the date above ur pic says when it expires
it should say exp: mm/dd/yy
