Well, come on what did you expect. Ssome people are just retarded. I would have said something smart to that. Umm... I'm in the drive thru of course I want it to go, how else do you serve it to the drive thru customer's...

I did the KFC thing when I was in college. You just automatically ask that much in the same way that you're drilled to greet customers properly.

Usually they put mentally challenged people at the drive thru window, so that should explain it.

She was probably working the front counter and the back window and got confused. Or maybe filling in for someone while they were on break.

happens the other way around, too. I used to work at BK and people in the drive-thru would tell me they wanted it to go, like no shÂit, sherlock.

Maybe she usually works the counter register. If it happens again, tell her that "it's for here", then sit in you car at the window and eat your food.
